Susan is a partner at Capote Grandal. She is an accomplished litigator and appellate practitioner who has focused on commercial litigation throughout her legal career. At the trial level, Susan has represented plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal cases, handling the cases from inception through trial. Susan has also successfully handled various appeals in multiple district courts of appeal. She currently focuses her practice on the firm’s first-party insurance litigation.

Susan obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida and obtained her law degree from Florida International University.

Nick practices in the area of civil litigation with emphasis on the firm’s first-party insurance litigation. He represents a variety of individuals and corporations in disputes against their insurance companies. Nick has had the privilege of representing over a 500 homeowners in the State of Florida in claims against their insurance company.
